Change of Chairman

1999 was the year that Edward Kadzombe, the founding chairman of MAHECAS, came to the end of his period as chairman and Henry Matiti took over. A new executive was formed after the Annual General Meeting and, of course, Edward is still a very active member of the executive. For full details of the new executive see our contacts page.

As you would expect it has been business as usual for MAHECAS during this busy year, with much fund-raising and much needed help dispatched to various hospitals and health centres. I hope you enjoy reading about this help in this newsletter.

MAHECAS has adopted the Ndodo as its logo, representing the basic and much needed support that MAHECAS is working to provide.
