Editors Comment The year 200 has been a year where interest in Mahecas's work has widened. Although our hard-hitting does bring the need very clearly into focus, there also appears to be a better and wider understanding of that need. 2001 will prove an important year for Mahecas, with a potential for addressing even more the serious healthcare needs of Malawi.
