Malawi Health Care Support UK has organised many cultural events in the past.
Working in the UK for the benefit of Malawians, Mahecas UK has always been interested in showing all sides of Malawi culture.
To this end our first cultural events were held in Essex in 1995 and repeated in 1996, whilst the charity was still in its infancy.
The latest cultural evening, on 24th November 2001, was held in Liverpool and organised in conjunction with Malawi Association (UK).
It was a fun and informative event enjoyed by over 100 people, and raised £635 for the two charities.
Thanks to Mrs Kasambara, Dr Lwanda and Dr Sajiwandani for the parts they played to make this event a success.
